  1. You are invited to access Janssen's digital information. The program and the content of the presentations are the property of each speaker or Janssen. The speaker’s presentation does not necessarily represent Janssen’s vision.
  2. The entire content of the courses is for your exclusive use, and its use or distribution to third parties, in whole or in part, is not allowed (IT IS NOT ALLOWED TO PRINT SCREENS).
  3. The invitation and your registration to access our digital courses do not imply or constitute any legal agreement or negotiation, commitment, obligation, contract or agreement for the purchase, use, prescription or recommendation of any of the products of Janssen or its affiliates, and they do not imply or demand that obligations be taken contrary to the ethical exercise of the medical and health profession.
  4. You declare and warrant that there are no conflicts of interest or incompatibilities with the performance of your duties and, by accepting this invitation and registering to access our digital courses, you will comply with ethical standards related to your profession, as well as applicable government regulations and laws.
  5. If you currently occupy or will occupy within the next six (6) months a position of direct influence on decisions to purchase medicines or health products in government institutions and/or entities directly or indirectly controlled by them, or in private sector health institutions, or if required by local law, you must immediately notify your employer or supervisor of your participation in this program and send us the corresponding written authorization.
  6. The information you provide for registration for the digital courses will only be processed for Janssen’s organization and management of the program, including monitoring number of attendants, verifying that only licensed physicians have access to the program, sending you communications in connection with the program (such as reminders, agenda, etc.), and as necessary to comply with applicable laws. It will not be processed for any other purposes.
