Sanofi Code of Conduct at Events

Employees attending Internal, External and Sanofi sponsored events are expected to conduct themselves appropriately and respectfully.

This is also expected from the guests who are accompanying Sanofi employees during internal events, when authorized.

It is important to note that while an employee is representing Sanofi, regardless of the event’s location (e.g., at Sanofi sites, off-site events, POAs, conferences, congresses, etc…), employees are expected to comply with the expectations of Sanofi’s Code of Conduct .

For all Internal and External events, General expectations include:

Always use professional and/or respectful language when communicating or interacting with other Sanofians and guests.
Do Not engage in any conduct that violates Sanofi policies or Code of Conduct.
Should you decide to engage in consumption of alcoholic beverages, do so in a responsible way.
Please prioritize your safety and the safety of those around you. If you choose to drink, do so responsibly, and if you ever feel uncomfortable or unsafe, don’t hesitate to seek assistance.
